'Revenge' Cast Promises Explosive Finale

'They get themselves into a little pickle. I'm not gonna lie,' series star Emily VanCamp tells MTV News.By Christina Garibaldi Gabriel Mann as Nolan Ross and Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne in "Revenge" Photo: ABC A day of reckoning is upon fans of ABC's hit show "Revenge," whose season finale airs Wednesday (May 23). All season, fans have been following along as Emily Thorne, played by Emily VanCamp, moved out to the Hamptons to avenge her father's death against the Grayson family, who betrayed her and her father. Many are wondering which, if any, loose ends will be tied up in the finale as Emily closes in on the final stages of her revenge. As any avid viewer of the series knows, however, there will certainly be obstacles in Emily's way. "There are many things happening. I mean, Emily goes through a real major fight, a physical fight," Madeleine Stowe, who plays Victoria, told MTV News at the ABC upfronts. "Victoria is hell-bent on destroying Conrad and getting the truth out. She wants to redeem herself from the terrible things that she's done, and all I can say is that it ends very explosively and with Victoria trying to do the right thing." Few details have been released about the finale, but Emily will fight to the death with a mysterious white-haired man who has kidnapped her closest ally, Nolan. "I can't spill too much, but Emily is very crafty, so she can usually get herself out of those situations," VanCamp said. "But yeah, they get themselves into a little pickle, I'm not gonna lie." VanCamp's co-star and fiancé on the show, Joshua Bowman, confirmed that there will be a death in the episode and urged fans to "expect the unexpected." And one of the biggest questions still to be answered is who Emily will end up with at the end of the season. We have been torn between the love triangle that has unraveled this season, so will she end up with fan favorite Jack or will she follow her plan and tie the knot with Bowman's character, Daniel, in the finale? "You won't see a wedding in the finale, but [at the] beginning of season two, you are meant to. I don't know who that's to," Bowman revealed. "Me and Emily, their relationship, it's a bit rocky, very rocky." Are you excited for the "Revenge" finale? Let us know in the comments.

'Glee' Star Darren Criss Wanted 'A Little Drama' In Season Four

Cast teases the 'awesomeness' of next season, in which several characters find their voices outside McKinley High.By Jocelyn Vena, with additional reporting by Christina Garibaldi "Glee" Photo: FOX Now that the graduating class of McKinley High has said their big goodbye following Tuesday's season finale, fans might be wondering what will go down in season four. It seems that much of the cast will be dispersing across the country to pursue lives outside of the New Directions, while others stay behind to finish high school. When MTV News caught up with the cast recently, Lea Michele explained that season four's "show-within-a-show" format will allow them to expand on the plots already introduced while also allowing new plots to breathe life into the series. "You basically have the kids who have graduated and their story lines, as well as the kids back in high school," she said. "I think it'll be really great because it gives us the opportunity for the characters who have been on the show for a while to move on and to start new story lines, but then the kids who are newer on the show will get to continue on." "I think it'll add more to the show," Chris Colfer added, noting that with guest stars like Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson signed on to make cameos, fans should expect a lot of "awesomeness." So is Michele equally excited by the prospect of chilling with the two fashionable A-listers on set? "They're the best," she gushed. "It's really cool." Michele and Colfer are hardly the only two characters returning to "Glee." Show creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that everyone will be back for more. And, Darren Criss notes, it could mean some drama for Blaine and Kurt. "I think people got hung up on the idea that it's over, which it's not at all," he said. "It's just another departure point. When you graduated high school it's not the end of the world." "[Blaine]'s going to be a senior. I'm curious to see where his journey takes him," Criss added. "Him and Kurt seem to be pretty strong, but Chris [Colfer] and I liked a little drama, so we like things being shook up maybe for more than one episode. So, I don't know. We'll see. I'm just happy to be invited to the party."

Kelly Clarkson Brings 'American Idol' Expertise To 'Duets'

ABC's new reality singing show puts seasoned superstars onstage with amateur singers.By Christina Garibaldi Kelly Clarkson Photo: MTV News At first glance, "Duets" may just seem like another reality singing competition, but the new ABC show couldn't be more different. Because this time, the superstars are not behind a judging panel, but onstage with the contestants. The show, which premieres Thursday (May 24), pits pop star Kelly Clarkson, Sugarland singer Jennifer Nettles and R&B crooners Robin Thicke and John Legend against one another as they pair up with two amateur singers, whom they found before the show. Each week the stars will battle it out, duet style, in front of a live audience to ultimately win the grand prize for the amateur singer: a recording contract with Hollywood Records. "I basically just found my two people on my own," Kelly Clarkson told MTV News recently at an event announcing ABC's fall lineup. "[Robin] found them a completely different way and John found his a completely different way, it's kind of really random, but it's cool though." Going into the competition, Clarkson figured she had a slight advantage given her experience on "American Idol,". which she won during the first season. But as soon as cameras started rolling for "Duets," she realized she had her work cut out for her. "It's a lot of fun, but it's a lot of work," Clarkson admitted. "I totally thought I had a one-up from 'Idol' ... It is way harder." "I'm just going to try and do kind of what I did on 'Idol' and hopefully that will help my people," Clarkson said. "It's not really as much up to us, the stars on the show, it's more for the kids that really just need to make sure they are bringing their A-game every week." Are you excited for "Duets"? Carly Rae Jepsen Thinks 'Call Me Maybe' Viral Videos Are 'Rad'

'It makes my day to see it,' Jepsen tells MTV News about clips by everyone from Justin Bieber to the Harvard baseball team.By Christina Garibaldi Carly Rae Jepsen Photo: MTV News It's been just a few months since Justin Bieber signed Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen to his Schoolboy Records, but since then, she has certainly made her mark on the music scene. Her infectious hit single "Call Me Maybe" is currently #1 on the iTunes songs chart and #4 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart and has spawned a barrage of humorous and entertaining online videos parodies that have captured the attention of not only fans but Jepsen herself. "I have seen a few. It's pretty rad that people are participating and making their own versions. It makes my day to see it," Jepsen told MTV News. "It's hard to imagine this, even though I'm living this every day, it's kind of hard to believe it sometimes. [I] definitely didn't predict this." The online lip-synching parodies seem to be the latest craze, especially among college students. Sports teams from Duke, UConn, Syracuse and Southern Methodist University have all posted their own versions of the song, but it was taken to another level when the Harvard baseball team choreographed an intricate fist-pump dance while singing along to the single. "I saw the fist pump, it was so cute. It was funny because every chorus, they added a new element. I was like, they really planned this out, this is so fantastic," Jepsen said of the Harvard video. "It's so cool that it's sort of sparked this online thing. It's really neat." College students aren't the only ones obsessing over this song. Actor James Franco posted his own version of the song , and just last month, Katy Perry uploaded her own parody, featuring herself and a group of friends at a Coachella pool party. "I was in London at the time I saw Katy's version of 'Call Me Maybe.' I think she was at Coachella when she shot it, which was really cool," Jepsen said. "It was another surreal moment: Being in London was already crazy and then on top of it, to kind of see all the stars were reaching out and doing their versions as well, it was kind of like a cherry on top of the whole thing." We may have to thank Bieber for all of these videos since he is the one that started the trend. Back in February, Bieber, along with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale and Big Time Rush, created his own music video, playfully singing along to the inescapable track. "I have a long list of thank-yous that I owe to Justin for everything to do with my career," Jepsen said. "He's just kind of opened the door to the rest of the world to me." Which "Call Me Maybe" parody is your favorite? Let us know in the comments. Related Artists Carly Rae Jepsen
