Samuel Longwood and his consortium become extremely wealthy from this arrangement. However, dissenting voices in MARSCORP begin to challenge Samuel Longwood's authoritarian policy. They demand the dismissal of Samuel Longwood as director and a complete redistribution of the mining rights. But Samuel Longwood keeps an ace up his sleeve for occasions like this…

EXCLUSIVE: Fox 2000 has set Michael Sucsy to direct Dare Me, an adaptation of the Megan Abbott novel that is described as Heathers meets Fight Club, with teenage cheerleaders. The studio is courting Natalie Portman to star in the film that was scripted by Abbott. Karen Rosenfelt is producing. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Discovery Channel says it will honor three veteran storm chasers who died in Oklahoma with a special airing this week.
Shock waves rippled through the overlapping communities of meteorologists and storm chasers over the weekend with the news that veteran tornado-chasing scientist Tim Samaras, his son Paul and chase partner Carl Young died after running into a powerful twister near El Reno, Okla., on Friday (May 31).
