News: Alison Sweeney Reveals How She Tamed Her Sweet Tooth Face “I prepped her skin with La Mer Regenerating Serum and then La Mer Soft Cream,” says Georgie. “To even out her skin tone and create a flawless base, I used Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Skin Perfecting Makeup, taking the edge of the shine with La Mer The Powder. For a little color and contour, I used Bobbi Brown Bronzer in Medium, and finally I added illumination to the skin with Chanel Mouche De Beaute Poudre Illuminating Powder. On her cheeks I used Bobbi Brown Cream Blush in Pale Pink to create depth and a flushed cheek. Then for a pop of color I added a wash of Laura Mercier Second Skin Color in Lotus Pink to the apples of the cheeks.” OK! News: The Little Couple Talk Parenthood Eyes “For Naomi's eyebrows I wanted to keep them soft but structured so I used Tom Ford Brow Sculptor in Blonde and extended the brows slightly to shape the face,” explains Georgie. “I kept the lids very light but illuminated. I used MAC Amber Lights Eyeshadow on the lash line blending up just a little to give a beautiful highlight. I then brought a little of the shadow under her eye to open them up. Naomi has beautiful eyes so I wanted to enhance the shape. I used MAC Carbon Eyeshadow, dampening my eyeliner brush so the shadow would turn into a soft liner and give the eye definition and depth. I lined the eye on the outer corner and gave the ends a slight flick for a flirtatious finish to the eye. I finished the eye off with two layers of YSL Faux Cil Mascara in Black.” OK! An assortment of news rolling in from Cannes like the waves on the beach (see what we did there?) Anyway, "The Raid" helmer Gareth Evans is currently in production on his most-likely bone-crunching follow-up "Berandal," and while he's got some Hollywood projects in development, he isn't going to be abandoning Indonesian martial-arts pictures altogether; Screen Daily report that the Welsh ex-pat will serve as action director on "The Night Comes For Us," a vehicle for "The Raid" vet, and "Fast & Furious 6" stand out Joe Taslim. The film will see Taslim as a Triad enforcer who accidentally causes a massacre, and will be properly directed by Timo Tjahjanto. Screen also report that James Marsh, the man behind the sublime "Man On Wire," the excellent "Red Riding" and the 'yeah, it's ok I guess' "Shadow Dancer," is lining up another project. The filmmaker's reuniting with the producers of the latter for "The Girl With A Clock For A Heart," an adaptation of the...

Austin & Ally star Laura Marano not only shares a peek inside her beauty bag with us, but a pro makeup tip she learned as well. "My makeup artist has the best trick for putting on lip gloss or even just lipstick," says the Disney Channel star. "You don’t do a kissy face or a serious face, you stretch your lips in a grin and you can get every part of your lip. It looks really good after. It’s awesome!" OK! News: 'Dancing With The Stars' Finale Pt. 1 Gets Dramatic So what does the 17-year-old keep on hand in the event of a makeup emergency? Read for yourself! • "I’m obsessed with Rimmel Scandaleyes right now—super, super obsessed. I just love how it maximizes my eyelashes. I also use Benefit mascara, it’s actually a purple color, which I love. It’s called BADgal—totally love it. I’m feeling colored mascara right now." OK! News: Want Abs Like Nina Dobrev? Try These Exercises! • "I have a Chanel lipstick and it doesn’t have a name, which makes me sad, because I like when lip gloss has a name, like Frowning Tree. I’ve never had a lipstick named that but you know what I mean. I love this color. It’s not a light pink but it definitely has some orangey pink qualities. Not that orange, it’s more pink, but I feel like it makes my lips look good. It’s not too in your face." OK! News: Try Jessica Biel's Chic Red Carpet Look • "I love Tarte Cheek Stain. It makes you look like your blush is super natural and I love that. In the daytime I like to look as natural as possible. I don’t want to put on too much." • "When it comes to eye makeup I love Clinique. Clinique’s a good one. What I love about it is that it comes with two brushes and each of the brushes are different. I know now a little more about how to put eye makeup on, especially working and my sister’s (Switched at Birth's Vanessa Marano) really good at that, but when I was 13 or 14 I was like, 'Eye makeup? What is this crazy activity?' But this has one for the primer, the contour area and the eyeshadow/eyeliner. It’s perfect." Photos: We're Loving Cannes Film Festival Fashion • "When I’m working I wear so much makeup and when I’m out with my friends I wear makeup so sometimes at school I’m just like, today is not much of a makeup day—foundation, chapstick—done." • "For face washes I love Proactiv. Sometimes I use the whole kit but other times I only use the toner. I absolutely love it. It can sometimes make my face go a little dry so I also have some Clinique Moisturizing Lotion." Filed under: Sedan, Bentley, First Drives, LuxuryRedefining Super Luxury On A Shrinking Planet Anyone on Earth with access to the Internet, a television or radio for the last 20 years knows that China is no longer the poor stronghold for strict Communist ideals that it was for much of the 20th Century. (Well, at least not in some places.) Traveling to China twice in less than a month - first to Shanghai for a very international auto show and now to Beijing to drive and review the 2014 Bentley Flying Spur - I've learned that there's no lack of personal wealth, at least in two of the world's largest cities. And yet, even I think the scene before me is a little bit ridiculous. Here I am, slowly climbing up a hillside to reach a fortification at something called Zhuanduo Pass, where roughly a dozen pristine examples of Western decadence sit idling their hand-built 12-cylinder engines in the shadow of China's revered and awesome Great Wall. Not five kilometers south of here, I'd passed an old man in traditional all-black garb, literally carrying a bundle of sticks on his back from one side of a village to the other. Now as I look through the snug-fitting and silent side glass of the my $200,000+ palace on wheels, I'm more apt to see fat German tourists crisping in the hot Chinese sun while blowing the equivalent of an average Chinese monthly paycheck on lunch and a few Great Wall souvenirs. Of course, it's nothing like the average Chinese person that Bentley is targeting with this new Flying Spur. There is a rapidly ballooning class of rich and super rich in the People's Republic these days; China can now lay claim to around 100 billionaires (in US dollars), as well as some 60,000+ individuals worth more than $16 million and, famously, now more than 1 million millionaires. Considering that Bentley had a booming year in 2012 by selling 8,510 vehicles, the importance of what is quickly becoming the world's biggest luxury car market is easy to see. And that's why, despite the cost of hauling me from Ann Arbor to Beijing and back, and despite the cognitive dissonance of driving a $200,000+ car through villages whose buildings are probably worth less in total, Bentley jumped through a whole lot of hoops to pull off what it says is the first-ever global vehicle launch in China. I've got to tell you, if this is what being a trailblazer feels like, I could get used to it.Continue reading 2014 Bentley Flying Spur2014 Bentley Flying Spur originally appeared on Autoblog on Tue, 21 May 2013 11:57:00 EST.
