So, earlier this year word started circulating that MGM was looking to make a sequel to "Hot Tub Time Machine." We all rolled our eyes and sighed, but it appears that this thing is actually moving forward...but without one key player, while another rising funnyman is swapping in.... The Wrap reports that "Party Down" and "Parks & Recreation" star Adam Scott is in early talks for "Hot Tub Time Machine 2." He'll join the returning Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry and Clark Duke (all of them are banging out deals) for the followup, to the very modestly successful first movie, playing an entirely new character, while John Cusack is moving on. Here's the thing, though. That first movie (much like "Snakes On A Plane") relied on a funky title to do half the heavy lifting, while the actual movie was sorta half baked, as funny at times as it was tedious. EXCLUSIVE: CMT has picked Win Lose Or Pawn, the cable network’s first daily series, which will be launched as a strip this summer. The format, which is a twist on the pawn shop reality craze, was created by veteran reality producer Phil Gurin of The Gurin Co. (Shark Tank, Oh Sit) and Eric Evangelista of Hot Snakes Media, who will both serve as executive producers, along with CMT’s Jayson Dinsmore, Joe Livecchi and Eliot Goldberg. Casting is currently underway in Southern California, with the series looking for people who have objects to pawn or want an item appraised.
