What We Learned About Tria's Laser Hair Removal Treatment From the Fabulous Jenny McCarthy

Hair removal isn't something I would normally talk openly and freely about. It's one of those topics I'd prefer not to shout about from the rooftops Yes, this kind of conversation is reserved for private moments—at least I would never bring up my leg shaving habits on a date.  OK! News: 8 Beauty Products For Your Guy But since I'm a girl who loves summer, tans, new bathing suits, and relaxing long beach trips, I need to pay attention to this absolutely essential beauty routine. Here are my thoughts: shaving is annoying, as it's a daily process that doesn't ever seem to last, and waxing is intimidating. Laser hair removal? Well, I found this process intimidating—until I chatted about it with the lovely Jenny McCarthy, that is. Photos: Harry Styles Shirtless At a recent Tria roundtable, Jenny sat down with myself and a few ladies to talk about their at-home laser hair removal product, the Tria Hair Removal 4X. Jenny explained that this product is for your body, but, if you find yourself growing some unpleasant hair on your face, it actually can be used on that delicate area as well. She told us that when she first tried it out, she fell in love with it. Judging from the passion in her voice, and the fact that she told me it was her beauty must-have, I totally believed her.  "I knew, judging from their price point, they were serious. I mean, it’s not $29. It’s a treatment. So I tested it out, fell in love with it, and said, 'I want to back it,'" says Jenny.  Watch: What's on Danielle Fishel's Wedding Registry?  But the first thing I wanted to know was how painful it was. According to Jenny, it doesn't hurt at all but is more like a "flick." Jenny also filled us in on the the noticeable difference, which is, of course, something I had to know about. "I’ve done three months of treatment, once every other week for some hairier areas. And then for some lighter areas, I’ve done two treatments, and I’ve noticed a difference," says Jenny.  The product is sold on triabeauty.com for $449 and will be released in fun colors in July.  Would ever try Laser Hair Removal? OK! Exclusive: James Maslow Dishes on Working With a Snake in Tonight's Episode of 'Big Time Rush!'

We posted an exclusive photo from Big Time Rush's new album booklet on Tuesday, at which point we also teased an EXLCUSIVE interview with James Maslow about tonight's episode, called Big Time Bonus. And you must wait no longer, cause here it is, Rushers! OK! Exclusive: Brand New Photo from Big Time Rush's Album! Read on to see what James told OKMagazine.com about working with a boa (!!!) on-set, why he didn't even get to meet tonight's special guest star, Gavin DeGraw, and more secrets from the episode. OK!: We hear Gavin DeGraw is guest-starring on tonight's episode. Was he cool?
James Maslow: So we actually did a scene together, but I never met him. You ask how that’s possible. It’s only a single camera show, so it’s like filming a movie where you can shoot one direction and the rest of it is crew. They had a stand-in read my lines. Then they have to turnaround, set camera and lights and it’s a whole ordeal. And by the time that happens, I came out thinking like, "Oh I get to meet him!" but he left like an hour previously. It's kind of funny that the two guys who weren’t in the scene with him met him and the two of us who were never even got to meet the guy. The friends I know that are his friends say he’s a great guy, but I never met him so I couldn’t tell ya. But thanks for being on my show though dude, appreciate it. OK!: James buys a snake in this episode? Discuss.
JM: Yeah, I decide to spend my money, our bonus in the episode on a snake. I’m not really afraid of animals and actually I dig snakes and it was cool at first, but after a week of having that thing like, wrapped around my throat and just hissing....The snake handler is like crocodile hunter, like the nicest guy, but he’s like bat s*** crazy. He’s like sitting there tapping it on the head and I’m like, “don’t do that!” I was pretty cool with it, but it was worse for the actors around me because they had to be in a scene with me. I’m like holding its head and it’s going, “ssssssss.” It scared the crap out of some people. OK! Exclusive: Sneak Peek Clip from Big Time Rush OK!: That's terrifying!
JM: We set it on the floor one time and it just took off. I mean, it’s cool when it’s just chillin’ and when you get to pet it and it’s nice, but when it starts to move it's because it wants warmth. That's what it’s really seeking out most of the time. You feel like you’re in the wild, man. OK!: Did the snake make it really difficult to film the scene?
JM: There were times when you had to match continuity, where like the snake’s head was supposed to be like this and we had to do it twenty times because the snake just does what the snake wants to do. You can only train a snake so much, but back to my point, you can only train a snake so much (laughs).  OK! Exclusive: James Maslow Dishes on Being a Bachelor! OK!: Did you specifically request that you wanted to work with the snake instead of the other three guys?
JM: No, they wrote it and the day before we were shooting they double-checked like, “You’re cool with this right?” They know me, I’m really not going to say no to anything, I’m pretty cool. That’s why production laughed when I said, “If it bites me I’m going to be rich.” If this one bit you it would hurt, but it wouldn’t, well it’s got an inch and a half fang, but it’s not gonna kill you. But that’s why you’ve got a snake trainer there so hopefully before I passed out he would come and help me out. (laughs). OK!: What do the other three guys buy with their bonuses? Anything as crazy as a snake?
JM: Logan just tips everybody, which is actually pretty funny, he gets so into tipping that he just spends all his money. Kendall invests in stocks and someone like, misses the orange stock and actually buys $5,000 worth of oranges, so that’s a pretty funny storyline. Carlos in some ways is wise with it and hires an assistant which is a good use of your money when you have no time, except he overpaid the assistant. Although his guy kind of ends up working out, so it’s a funny storyline. It comes full circle at the end of it and it was fun to film.  Photos: New Shirtless Pics of Harry Styles Big Time Bonus airs tonight at 8pm ET on Nickelodeon! OK! Exclusive: Lennon and Maisy of 'Nashville' Talk Their Album—And a Phone Call from 1D!

Did you watch the finale of Nashville last night? Are you sad that you have to say good-bye to Rayna and Juliette and all that Southern drama for the summer? Here's one way to ease the pain—find out what's up next for the talented cuties who play the daughters on the show, Lennon and Maisy Stella! OK! Exclusive: Lennon and Maisy discuss the end of the first season of Nashville! They chatted about their summer plans, what's next for their music, and which member of One Direction recently made their dreams come true! OK!: On the show, Maddie wants to be a professional singer but Rayna is worried about her going into the industry. Were your parents ever worried about you guys becoming famous? Lennon: Definitely. I don’t know if they were worried, but they were cautious. When I was 6, my mom could have been like, “We want to put you out now.” They have the connections, we could’ve went into the studio and recorded something, but we just wanted to hold it back for as long as we could. Child stars sometimes don’t get the same respect. Maisy: They turn into kid stars—they’re only respected by children, they’re not respected by all audiences you know. Lennon: Totally, so I think my parents were definitely not holding us back from it, but just keeping a bit of a wall up until the time was absolutely perfect. It came a lot quicker than we suspected, but I think it worked out pretty good. OK!: Are you planning on releasing an album? Lennon: We have maybe one or two songs that we’re thinking about not so much as YouTube videos, but more posting them on iTunes. We’ll definitely do a single, but maybe not an album yet. OK!: What are your plans for the summer? Maisy: We're probably going to a few videos and we're going to Canada for the summer, so it's going to be really fun seeing our family. Lennon: Hopefully, maybe, we'll do something along the lines of movies, obviously stick to Nashville 100% but maybe some other things to get more experience. Maisy: We've been doing a lot of auditioning—movies and commercials. OK!: Lennon, you've said that you're running out of dreams because they keep coming true. What's your big dream now? I think you guys can do anything! Lennon: Aww, that's sweet. That's really inspirational. I really want to try a movie. This TV show is beyond perfect for us—it's not so much traveling, it's right where we live, there is nothing that could ever go wrong with it—but I think a movie could be interesting because every movie is a different character. I think movies would be really fun at this point for both of us, me and Maisy. OK!: What about meeting Harry Styles? That's a dream too, right? Lennon: Can we say? We can't say. Maisy: I want to say it! So Harry is beyond crazy—he called us, and I answered the phone and he was like, 'Hello, it's Harry!' And I was like 'Oh my gosh, oh my gosh.' Lennon: He's been in touch with my mom and me and Maisy. He's called us and said that he loves our videos, and that he's coming to town soon and that hopefully we'll be able to meet each other! Have you ever watched any of Lennon and Maisy's YouTube videos? Would you like to buy some of their music? Which kind of movie would be right for them? Tell us in the comments below or tweet us @OKMagazine.
