Yet another employee that Rachel made cry, Jeremiah memorably decorated Rachel's entire house under the wire—so he shares that designer eye with his beau! The couple was vacationing in Sri Lanka when the tragedy struck, and Fernando was swept out to sea. Nate recounted his loss in a heartbreaking episode of Oprah.
