
(Reuters) - Part of a freeway bridge over the Skagit River in Washington state collapsed on Thursday, sending vehicles falling into the water below, an emergency dispatcher said.

Crews are still searching the area, but they say it appears no one died when an Interstate 5 bridge over the Skagit River in Washington collapsed. Three people were rescued from the water.
