
Things are coming together for the benefit concert that Oklahoma native Blake Shelton announced on Tuesday’s episode of The Voice.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Oklahoma country singer Blake Shelton said on Friday that he will headline a concert to benefit the victims of the Oklahoma tornado that swept through the city of Moore earlier this week, leaving 24 dead and thousands homeless.

NBC has set May 29 for the “Healing in the Heartland: Relief Benefit Concert” special hosted by “Voice” panelist Blake Shelton to aid victims of the tornadoes that ravaged Oklahoma this week.
