FX‘s newest original drama series The Bridge will debut on Wednesday, July 10 at 10 PM. Based on the European series Bron, which was set on the border of Denmark and Sweden, The Bridge is a crime thriller exploring the tensions on the U.S.-Mexico border. When an American judge known for her anti-immigration views is found dead on the bridge connecting El Paso and Juarez, Sonya Cross (Diane Kruger) from El Paso PD must work with her Mexican counterpart from Chihuahua State Police, Marco Ruiz (Demian Bichir), to catch a serial killer operating on both sides of the border. The case quickly pulls them into a string of murders on the border, a scene already consumed by illegal immigration, drug trafficking, violence and prostitution. Meredith Stiehm and Elwood Reid adapted The Bridge for American television, with Shine America producing.

As a mom, Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars winner Melissa Rycroft knows how important it is to keep her loved ones sun safe while having fun this summer, so she's teaming up with Banana Boat to launch the Unconditional Fun Sweepstakes through which families can win a getaway to any one of the 10 Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark Resorts in the country. Watch: What Does Kim Zolciak Keep In Her Diaper Bag? Melissa chats with OK! about being sun smart, planning the ultimate family vacay and who just might take home that coveted Mirror Ball Trophy on Dancing with the Stars tonight. OK!: What are your tips for making sure everyone gets out the door wearing sunblock? Melissa Rycroft: Oh my gosh, you stand at the door with the sunscreen—that’s what you do! I’m lucky, my husband is actually really good about applying it because he’s a burner and he knows if he doesn’t he’s going to hurt. My little one has his skin tone so she’s really fair-skinned and she doesn’t put up much of a fight yet so as of now it’s pretty easy to get the family out in their sunscreen. Ask me again in a few years! OK! News: What's In Your Beauty Bag, Laura Marano? OK!: Any advice for getting sunblock on a squirmy toddler? MR: My number one tip for a toddler is to get the spray. The lotion…they just don’t have the attention span for it. These days the spray comes in either clear or white if you want to see where it’s going. I use the white and then I actually put the clear on her little scalp because her head burns so badly. The spray will follow the squirming so that should be an easy solution. OK!: What has been your favorite family vacation? MR: I have a feeling we’re about to go on it. We’re going to Europe in a couple months – all three of us. I’ve never been, obviously Ava never has but Tye has, I have a feeling that’s going to be fun. But so far Tye and I took a trip to St. Lucia a couple of years ago that by far has been better than anything I’ve gone on before. OK! News: 'The X Factor' Names Two New Judges OK!: What countries are you planning on visiting ? MR: My husband is planning the whole thing so I couldn’t even tell you! OK!: Make him do the work! MR: I’m usually the planner of the group so this time I’m like, wow, I get to sit back and enjoy. Watch: Kate Hudson's Chevron Mani Can Be Yours In Minutes OK!: What’s the funniest thing Ava has done recently? MR: Last time we were in New York, the three of us, I was out working for the day and right before I left Tye and Ava were in the hotel room together and she pooped in the bath tub. I was on a deadline so I left. I came back to the hotel room seven hours later to find the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, the tub empty and two little poo pellets sitting in the tub. I don’t know who that was more embarrassing for—my husband who didn’t clean it up or my poor little daughter who went to the bathroom in the bathtub. He left it for me to figure out seven hours later. He was in the doghouse a little bit that night. OK!: If you could arrange a play date with any celebrity kid, who would it be? MR: There’s so many cool little kids. Gwen Stefani’s little ones seem like really cool kids. I would want to set something up with one of them. OK! News: Get Jessica Biel's Stunning Cannes Hair Look OK!: Their style is amazing, too. MR: Not many kids can pull of a blue mohawk—let’s be honest. OK!: Who do you think will take home the Mirror Ball Trophy tonight on the DWTS finale? MR: I’ve said from day one Kellie Pickler is going to be putting up a pretty big fight. I think she’s been one of, if not the, front runner the whole time. I personally would love to see Aly (Raisman) come away with it just because she was kind of the underdog at the beginning but then had this huge surge of power behind her the past couple weeks. I think it would be really great to see her win. These guys are great – this final four. It could easily go to Zendaya, it could easily got to Jacoby (Jones). I still think Kellie’s gonna walk away (with it) but nobody would surprise me at this point. Where are you planning your family vacay this year? Tell us in the comments below or tweet @OKMagazine.
