Why can't Justin Bieber catch a break? OK! News: Justin Bieber posts an Instagram of himself doing an illegal activity—see it here! Last night should have been an awesome evening for the 19-year-old star. He performed twice at the Billboard Music Awards, then took home three major awards, including Top Male Artist and the brand-new "Milestone Award." He should be on top of the world, right? Watch: A fan causes mayhem at Justin Bieber's concert in Dubai when she rushes the stage. Not exactly. A few weird moments from last night's awards show: 1. He was booed when he came on stage to accept the Milestone Award. His understandable anger was made apparent during his speech, where he said, "I'm an artist, and I should be taken seriously." 2. He performed in a weird get-up, a leather jacket with only one sleeve. 3. He was photographed kissing his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez backstage, though when he won Top Male Artist she notably (right there in the front row!) did not stand up to clap for him. 4.
