Let’s hope Kanye West does his share of the dirty work when Kim Kardashian welcomes their bundle of joy this summer. Turns out, her ex, Reggie Bush wouldn’t have it any other way with his daughter Briseis (pronounced Brisaise), who was born May 6 to look-alike fiancée Lilit Avagyan. “Fatherhood has changed my sleeping patterns,” the good-natured Detroit Lions NFL star, 28, tells me with a laugh this week during Mission Athletecare’s Training Day workout event held at Boom Fitness in NYC. [laughs] We try to find rest anytime we can. It’s a blessing—being able to bring a child into this world is a blessing, and we enjoy it.” He’s also a proud diaper changer, unlike Ivanka Trump’s hubby, New York Observer owner Jared Kushner, whom she has told me refuses to handle them. “Oh yeah, uh-huh,” he says. “I do everything. I do it all. I’m her father. I made her, so it’s important to me. I think that’s what fathers should do.” OK! GALLERY: KIM KARDASHIAN’S MATERNITY STYLE EVOLUTION Of course, he enjoys fatherhood’s perks even more. “Every day is a playdate,” he says. “Every time I’m with her, playing.” He doesn’t judge, though. “Every moment is precious. She’s mine. I made her. There’s still the element of disbelief that this is really your child. Every moment is precious.” Still, not all the glitz and glamour stuck from his three-year relationship with reality’s TV’s biggest star. They were an item from 2007-2010, before her ill-fated marriage to Kris Humphries. “A push gift?” he asks when I ask him what he gave his lady for a push present. “I just learned what that was, like, right before we had the baby. I didn’t even know what that was. We were happy. The gift was Briseis, our daughter. She was the gift.” OK! GALLERY: KIM! KATE! JESSICA! FERGIE! HERE ARE THE HIGH-PROFILE BABY BUMPS WE’RE WATCHING IN 2013 Hm, what was the inspiration behind the unique name? “We loved the name,” he says. “My fiancé picked the name out. We thought it was very elegant.” Naturally, being parents has brought their relationship to another level. “It brought us so much closer together—stronger,” he says. “Everything we do revolves around her, and we’re excited. It grounds you a lot more, too. I’m a lot more grounded now.” He continues, “Lilit keeps me grounded. She’s my better half. I don’t even know what I was doing without her, beforehand. She makes me a better person.” Hm, exactly what does she do? “She grounds me by being there," Reggie explains. "My fiancé is 25, but she has the soul and the mind of a 35-year-old. She’s so wise and so mature for her age. She’s constantly giving me advice, and I’m 28—I’m three years older than her. It’s amazing. We have a great relationship.” The pair plan to wed next summer, “after football season.” OK! As for parenting advice for Kim? “I have no advice,” he says. “I’m focused on my little one—my family, and that’s really it.” During the event, Reggie leads a high-energy exercise class where participants dry their sweat with Mission Athletecare’s EnduraCool Instant Cooling Towels and Instant Cooling Gear, which are available at Sports Authority. Even if we wouldn't say he's quite cracked it yet, we've got a lot of respect for the way that Zac Efron is trying to establish himself as a proper grown-up adult actor. After all, the "High School Musical" series would be an albatross for many, but Efron's quietly been banging out a diverse mix of parts, and while things like "The Paperboy" and "At Any Price" haven't quite paid off yet, he's heading in the right direction. The actor's got several promising projects in the can already, including rom-com "Are We Officially Dating?," JFK ensemble drama "Parkland" and Seth Rogen/Nick Stoller comedy "Townies," and now, hot on the back of signing on to Eran Creevy's "Autobahn," the actor's just lined up thriller "Narc." Sounding a bit like a laugh-free "21 Jump Street," the project's being described as a based-in-fact, college-set version of "Donnie Brasco," and will see the actor play a fratboy who's busted for cocaine possession, and who agrees to become an informant to avoid jail time....
