Description

From Preston, Idaho comes Napoleon Dynamite (Heder), a new kind of hero complete with a tight red 'fro, some choice moon boots, and skills that can't be topped. Napoleon spends his days drawing mythical beasts, duking it out with his 32-year-old brother Kip (Aaron Ruell) and avoiding his Uncle Rico (Gries), a door-to-door salesman who's mentally stuck in 1982 - the year his football team "almost won state." But when two new friends are brought into his life - Deb (Majorino), the artisan behind the "boondoggle key chain," and Pedro (Ramirez) with his sweet bike and talent with the chicks - Napoleon finds goals outside of being a star milk-tasting judge. Together the trio launches a campaign to elect Pedro for class president and make the student body's wildest dreams come true. awesome / 2005-01-15 @ 01:19:07this movie was sweet. I laughed so hard that the coke i was drinking came out my nose. EVERYONE is talking about it and making funny comments reffering to it. I especially like the part where Uncle Rico chucks the meat at Napoleon while he was riding on his bike and Napoleon gets up and says, "What the hech are you doing. You idiot."

Msperidot / 2005-01-11 @ 04:19:29Napoleon Dynamite is a movie you cannot stop watching. It is fascinating and addicting. A wonderful character study and there is a bit of Napoleon in all of us. I laughed till I cried. Great movie.
